Gorkhas, Garhwalies, Rajbanshis and ST: 160 (Height (Barefoot) (in cm.)), 53 Weight (in kg.), 76 cms Chest (without expansion), 81 cms Chest (with expansion – 5 cms.)

Lady Constable:

Candidates of all categories: 160 (Height (Barefoot) (in cm.)), 49 Weight (in kg.)

Gorkhas, Garhwalies, Rajbanshis and ST: 152 (Height (Barefoot) (in cm.)), 45 Weight (in kg.)

 

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Constable (Male): 1600 meters running (6 minutes 30 seconds)

Lady Constable: 800 meters running (4 minutes 30 seconds)
