Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has
circulated a notification to invite the GUJCET registration form.
Applicants who want to get admission to Engineering and Degree/Diploma Pharmacy Courses they will have to appear in GUJCET (Gujarat Common Entrance Test). This test is a state level Entrance Exam for which deserving participants can deposit the Online Application Form latest by closing date. All willing candidates’ selection will be done on the basis of candidate’s score in Entrance Test. To
get admission in several UG/PG courses; deserving students must be aware about selection
process in which commenced exam marks will be counted for counselling to allot
the seat in a college. Exam pattern and syllabus is necessary to follow by the
participants so that better performance can be done in test. Dead line to
submit application form will be April. Exam will be
organized in April also.

Essential Qualification:
- All candidates should be bonafide residents of Gujarat. Bonafide residents of Gujarat who are residing in other states of the country will also be eligible for GUJCET.
- Candidates must have done 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar/CBSE, Delhi/CISCE, New Delhi/NIOS/International School Board.
- Candidates who will be completing their 10+2 (or equivalent) examination will also be eligible for admission.
- Minimum score of 45% has to be secured by the candidates in the qualifying exam. The reserved category candidates will have to score 40% marks.
Application Form
Fee: Applicants are required to submit the fee of Rs. 300/- in the form
of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance
Test Cell, Gandhinagar.
Admission Process:
Admission to Engineering and Degree/Diploma Pharmacy courses will be done on
basis of marks obtained in Gujarat CET Exam following by Counselling.
During GUJCET Counseling time, applicants can exercise their preferences for
colleges. GUJCET Seat Allotment will be strictly based on candidate’s merit,
category and availability of seats.
GUJCET Exam Pattern:
- The GUJCET Question Paper will be comprised of total 120 questions.
- Only multiple choice questions having four alternatives will be asked in the exam.
- The subjects covered under the examination are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.
- Exam will be of maximum 120 marks. Duration of exam is of 3 hours only.
- There is a system of negative marking in GUJCET.
- 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

How to Apply for
GUJCET
Contenders may follow the below mentioned step to fill form-
- Every applier should go to the official website that is www.gseb.org
- On the home page move “GUJCET” link.
- Select the appropriate link related to course and go through the notification carefully
- Further enter on apply online link and register yourself by entering the details.
- Once you are done with successful registration applicants have to fill online application form with all correct details like Name, DOB, and Address etc.
- Then contenders may choose their 8 characters password and login with it and fill online application form with all required and mandatory details.
- After that aspirants have to upload a recent scanned photograph and signature at the time of filling application form.
- Recheck the entered details carefully and then press on “submit” button.
- In the end get the print out of submitted form for need.
