Karnataka PGCET Counselling
Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has announced a new
notification for commencing the Karnataka PGCET Counselling for
all eligible
and awaited students. After Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (Karnataka
PGCET), qualified competitors can attend Karnataka PGCET Counselling if
register their name. In this counselling, candidates have to appear in 1st,
2nd, & 3rd round as per schedule. After the counselling procedure, you can
get admission in the first year of MBA/ MCA/ M.E./ M.Tech/M.Arch. After reading

Procedure of Karnataka PGCET Counselling
Registration:
- Dear candidates after the declaration of Merit List you have to register your name for the counselling session.
- Appliers need to report at help line and register their Karnataka PGCET number.
- Complete process of the counselling choice filling, seat allotment, confirmation of admission and more are well described below in this page.
- When the registration process has done, the applicants can proceed further for the verification of documents.
Document
Verification:
- During the reporting at the help line centres, contenders have to carry and submit their original documents for verification along with a set of photocopies.
- The photocopies must be attested by a Gazetted officer. Those candidates have qualified GATE and Non-Karnataka applicants/ Sponsored applicants/ QIP applicants/ Part time applicants have to report at the Bangalore help line centre.
- If the applicants failed to bring the required documents then they were not allowed to participate in the counselling session.
Option Entry:
- KEA is going to announce the seat matrix and fee details. After the announcements, contenders will be able to do the option entry.
- Candidates are required to submit the choices for the course and colleges.

Mock Seat
Allotment:
- In the first round of counselling, candidates will get their result of the mock seat allotment. It will be announced before the actual allotment round. If
- On the basis of it, the candidates can make modification in the submitted preferences.
Seat Allotment and
Confirmation:
- On the decided day, the actual seat allotment result will be announced. The candidates will be required to check the allotment and those applicants want to take the seat or not.
- Those candidates are satisfied with the allotment, they need to accept the allotment.
Reporting at the
College:
- In the last, candidates are required to report college and finish the remaining admission formalities.
- If the candidates do not report within the stipulated duration, their seat allotment will be canceled.

- SSLC or 10th standard or equivalent examination Mark Sheet
- 2nd PUC or 12th standard or qualifying examination Mark Sheet
- Study Certificate
- Passing Degree Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate
- Valid Caste Certificate
- Income Certificate (If candidate claiming to Caste reservation)
- Domicile Certificate
- Physically Disabled Certificate (if Applicable)
