of Madhya Pradesh Ruk Jana Nahi yojana is activated for all failure students so
that they may pass out in the same class in next year too along with upper
class at the same time. Now willing students will able to get all the

scheme would provide an another opportunity to about 22,000 of Classes 10th and
12th students who failed in the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education
Exam.
This is really very good move of MP State govt. which is

something in first time under Ruk Jana Nahi Yojana. All the connected Students of
Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education will get one more chance in the

According to the figures released by state open schools,
only 11% of Class 10 students and 43% of Class 12 students who appeared in the
second attempt have been able to pass the exam.

Scheme in Madhya Pradesh:
- Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, had launched the yojana ‘Ruk Jana Nahi’ last year.
- Approx 85,000 students of both the classes had enrolled in the Madhya Pradesh State Open School (MPSOS) under “Ruk Jana Nahi” in academic exam.
- Of these, a total of 21,938 students were passed in the exam. As per figures, nearly 4,198 students of Class 10th and 17,740 students of Class 12th succeeded in their second chance.
- This lifeline like step has been taken by the state government to curb increasing number of incidents of student suicides in the state.
- Previous year around 1.73 lakh students of Class 10 and 12, who failed in the MP Board of Secondary Education exams in two or more subjects had enrolled under the scheme.
- After the enrollment, the failed students get another chance to write exam.
- Ruk jana Nahi scheme is getting positive feedback from parents of students.
- Appearing students are also very happy that they got another chance to attempt the exam and save one year of their academic life which is worthy for future.
