decided to schedule Odisha Diploma Entrance Test in the month of May at
several locations in the state. Odisha Diploma Entrance Exam is necessary to

Academic Record: Candidates
must have passed 10th or equivalent exam with English, Mathematics and Science
subjects and should have scored total 35% aggregate and 30% marks in each
subject of the qualifying exam.
Limitation of Age: There
is no upper age limit is prescribed to apply for admission and minimum age
limit is 14 years (16 years for Mining & Drilling engineering).
Application Fee:
Contenders should need to pay below provided application fee by debit/credit
card, net banking or through the e-challan of Axis Bank.
For Male Candidates: Rs. 150/-
For SC/ST/PC/Female candidates: Rs. 100/-
Admission Process: Applicants’
admission in Diploma or Polytechnic courses will be based on their appearance
in Odisha Diploma Entrance Exam Followed by counseling procedure.
Odisha DET Exam Pattern
- Entrance exam will be of objective type in nature.
- There is total 100 questions will be in the final examination.
- Time duration to complete the examination is 150 minutes.
- Each question in the question paper will carry 4 marks and there will be of total 400 marks.
- There will be negative marking for exam i.e 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer
