Candidates who are waiting for the Application form of
the AIEEE can fill the application form very soon. The aspirants who wants
to
make their in the engineering sector must fill the application form of the
AIEEE. The most awaited exam of the engineering is now available for filling.
The exam is commonly known as JEE Mains. To qualify for IIT’s you must have to
pass the entrance exam of the JEE Mains and to crack top colleges you have to
maintain a good score in the exam. You need to fill the application form to
appear in the exam and you can see the whole procedure below.
Previously the JEE Mains is that there is a need
of a 40 per cent weightage of the board exam and 60 Percent Marks of the JEE
Mains Score for admission to a National Institute of Technology (NITs). But
from now onwards Admission to the NITs from the next year could be based
entirely on the JEE Mains Scores, with a government appointed panel likely to
recommend scrapping of weightage given to marks obtained in board examinations.
“We would be recommending scrapping of weightages given to board marks,”
Director of IIT Bombay and a member of the panel, Devang Khakhar.The final
decision will be taken by Smirti Irani(HRD-Government of India).

Eligibility
Criteria
Date of Birth:
Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or
after October 01, 1990 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste
(SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates,
upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PwD candidates who are
born on or after October 01, 1985 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in
the Secondary Education Board/University certificate will only be considered.
Points to keep in mind before applying for
AIEEE:
- Candidates of JEE (Main) have to apply online only. There is no printed application form for JEE (Main).
- Please ensure that you are filling genuine application form available online at JEE (Main) website (www.jeemain.nic.in).
- Please ensure your eligibility as per the criteria laid down for JEE (Main), JEE (Advanced) and participating State Institutions (as applicable).
- Candidates are allowed to submit only one application form. More than one application i.e Multiple applications from a candidate will be rejected.
- The name of the candidate and his/her parents name in the application form must exactly be the same as registered in Class 12th/ equivalent qualifying Examination. No prefix/title such as Mr/Shri/Fr/Dr/Mrs/Smt/Col etc should be used.
Payment Information:
The fee may be paid either by credit/debit card or
through e-challan generated during the online filling of the application form.
In case of e-challan, the payment should be made in the Syndicate/Canara/ICICI/HDFC
Bank in cash. Application fee once paid will not be refunded (full or partial)
under any circumstances.
No options can be changed at a later stage after
submission of an application. However, a chance may be given to the candidates to
correct/modify some of the particular(s) of the application form online only,
with valid reason(s), during the month of Jan. The candidates are advised
to see the website and newspaper regularly to know the exact date when the
correction(s)/modification(s) will be allowed online only. No change will be
accepted through offline i.e. through fax/application including e-mail etc.

- Online application starts - first week of November
- Online application last date – last week of December
- Correction period – two weeks in second half of January
- JEE Main admit card – first week of March(onwards)
- Offline paper – first week of April
- Online Paper – second to third week of April
- Display of Answer Key and OMR Sheet – fourth week of April
- Result Declaration (paper 1 & paper 2) – first week of June
- Availability of score/rank cards – After the Declaration of AIR, JEE Main rank
