Uttarakhand Polytechnic Application Form Information

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: The candidate must
have the domicile of Uttarakhand or should have passed their 10th and 12th from
schools located in Uttarakhand. The candidates should have passed 10th from any
recognized board in order to appear for the examination.
Age Limit: The
candidate should be at least 17 years of age to apply for the Pharmacy courses,
while for the other courses there is no age limit.
Application Fee: Candidates can get their application form from the nearest government
polytechnic institutes or they can also get it by post by sending a DD to the
address of the board. The application fees for the JEEP is 250/- for the
SC/ST categories (450/- for General & OBC).
Selection Process
with counseling: Those candidates who will qualify the JEEP exam will be
called for the counselling, the counselling will start from July. The
candidates have to bring all their documents like rank card, certificates and
mark sheets to the counselling centre for verification. College will be allotted
to the candidates as per their rank in the JEEP. Originals and one set of
photocopies of the following documents (Originals shall be returned after
verification).
Entrance Exam Score Card, if available
Mark sheets/certificates of class X (as proof of date of
birth) and of class XII and Graduation.
Two passport size recent color photographs.
