AIBE Syllabus
AIBE Syllabus has been announced by Bar Council of India. Candidates looking to appear in All India Bar Examination(AIBE VII), for such applicants it is necessary to pass this exam to get admission in law practice as Advocate position. For advocate position AIBE exam will be conducted in the month of July. After this test skills of the candidates will be measured related to understanding of basic law rules and other. The written exam will be held on date in the month of July.

(AIBE) is organized to observe an advocate’s capability to practice the
profession of law in India. The AIBE will assess skills at a basic level and is
intended to set a minimum benchmark for admission to the practice of law.
AIBE Syllabus
Below is the list of topics included in the syllabus of AIBE exam. These topics will help to crack the exam with good marks.
Category I (Part I of the Paper):

- Civil Procedure Code and Limitation Act
- Constitutional Law
- Contract Law, including Specific Relief, Special Contracts, and Negotiable Instruments
- Criminal Law I: The Indian Penal Code
- Criminal Procedure
- Drafting, Pleading, and Conveyancing
- Evidence
- Jurisprudence
- Professional Ethics and the Professional Code of Conduct for Advocates
- Property Law
Category II (Part II of the Paper):
This part of the AIBE test will consist of following topics that will cover the exam:

- Company Law
- Environmental Law
- Family Law
- Human Rights Law
- Labour and Industrial Law
- Law of Tort, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Consumer Protection Law

AIBE Paper Pattern
Applicants need to answer the questions from 20 (twenty) different subjects. The subjects are taken from the syllabi prescribed by the Bar Council of India for the 03-year and 05-year L.L.B. programmes at law schools in India. The subjects are divided into 02 categories.
The Examination paper will contain at least 7 questions from
each ‘Category I’ subject. The paper will also have 23 questions from the
‘Category II’ subjects as a whole. These twenty-three questions will include
questions from at least 5 Category II subjects. Category I subjects will be
tested in Part I of the question paper and Category II subjects will be tested
in Part II of the question paper.
AIBE Preparation: Speed and accuracy
is necessary while answering the questions. You need to Practice daily by
preparing a proper study timetable. Go thoroughly through the pattern paper and
collect the study material for the same.
