Karnataka Examination Authority has decided to operate Karnataka
Common Entrance Test for admission to full-time
courses in field of
Engineering, Pharmacy and Medical etc. All such willing Students who want to
take admission into allotted institutes in this state they are advised to
submit the application forms before the last date. KEA will select only those
passionate students who will beat the test with extra ordinary marks. Dear
participants now start preparation for Karnataka CET as competition is really
very tough on available seats.

Eligibility Criteria
Academic Details:
Contenders should have this record of education-
For Engineering / Technology Courses:
- Candidates must have passed 2nd PUC/12th or equivalent exam with Physics & Mathematics as a compulsory subjects and English as a language subject.
- Aspirants must have secured 45% marks in physics & mathematics along with any one of the following subjects Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Electronics/Computer for general candidates and 40% marks for reserved categories.
For Pharmacy/Medical / Dental
Courses:
- Aspirants must have passed 2nd PUC/12th or equivalent exam with physics, chemistry, biology and English as a language subject.
- Students must have obtained 50% marks in PCB group for general categories and 40% marks for reserved categories.
Application Fee: Candidates
(Gen/OBC Category) need to pay application fee of Rs. 650/- and other SC/ST
category need to submit fee of Rs. 500/- in the form of bank challan.

- Admission to above courses will be done on basis of their performance in KCET Exam.
- For admission to Medical and Dental Courses, candidates have to appear for National Cum Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by CBSE.
- For admission to Architecture Courses, candidates have to appear for NATA conducted by Council of Architecture.
