Name of Posts:Group ‘X’ Airmen (Technical Trade)

Academic Requirements: Job Seekers who are willing to apply they must have Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

Or

Passed Three year Diploma Course in Engineering in relevant discipline with 50% marks in English in Diploma Course or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in Diploma Course.

Age limitation: Job fighters should be born in between 01st February 1995 to 30th June 1998 (both days inclusive). Upper age limit on enrolment is 21 years.

Process of Selection in IAF: Those applicants who will be short-listed they will be called for Testing at one of the Air Force Selection Board. The Testing would have stages as given below.

1. Verification of Documents
2. Written Test
3. Physical Fitness Test
4. Medical Examination
5. Interview

Salary Structure: During training, a stipend of Rs. 11,400/- per month will be paid, On completion of training, starting gross emoluments at the minimum of scale of pay including Grade Pay, Military Service Pay (MSP), Group ‘X’ Pay, Transport Allowance and Dearness Allowance (DA), will be Rs. 26,200/- per month (approximately) which, in subsequent years, may rise up to Rs. 45,000/- per month (approximately).
