दोस्तों सामान्य लॉ प्रवेश परीक्षा (CLAT) एक प्रसिद्ध लॉ प्रवेश परीक्षा है| यह परीक्षा प्रत्येक वर्ष 18 या 19 या फिर 21 राष्ट्रीय लॉ संस्थानों (NLUs) मे से किसी एक संसथान के द्वारा
आयोजित करायी जाती है | यह परीक्षा एक राष्ट्रीय स्तर की सामान्य लॉ प्रवेश परीक्षा है जिसके द्वारा आवेदक लॉ (Law) के इंटीग्रेटेड LL.B. एवं LL.M. कोर्सेज मे दाख़िला ले सकते है | CLAT परीक्षा NLUAS के द्वारा आयोजित करायी जाएगी | पूरे भारत मे कई सरकारी एवं गैर-सरकारी संस्थानों के द्वारा क्लैट (CLAT) परीक्षा के अंको के आधार पर प्रवेश प्रदान किये जाते है |
Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is going to commence soon for all those candidates who are ambitious to take admission into 21 National Law Universities in India (NLU). National Law Universities provides admission in UG and PG courses to the individuals who qualify this exam. Before apply check all the eligibility criteria for CLAT Entrance exam that is individual must have done Senior Secondary Exam (12th) for LLB and for admission in LLM candidate must have degree of LL.B./Five-Year Integrated LL.B. (Hons.). Applciants will have to qualify in Common Law Admission Test Examination by connecting with exam pattern, CLAT books etc.

To get admission in integrated LL.B. and LL.M. programme
participants will have to appear in Common Law Admission Test. This exam
contains Legal aptitude, Logical reasoning, English, General knowledge,
Elementary mathematics sections. Scores/ grades used by National Law
Universities, Private Law Colleges, PSU's. Validity of Common Law Admission
Test exam is for 1 year. CLAT Scores are considered by various private law
colleges and government undertaking colleges across the country. More highlights

CLAT Eligibility Criteria
Academic
Qualification:
For CLAT UG Courses:
- Applicants, who has passed the 12th examination with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).
- Candidates appearing the 12th examination in March/April will also be eligible for CLAT. Such candidates have to produce the proof of passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission.
- Upper Age Limit - No Age Limit
For CLAT PG Courses:
- Those who want to get admission in PG courses must have prescribed qualification for LL.M. is LL.B./Five-Year Integrated LL.B. (Hons.)/ any other equivalent exam.
- Minimum percentage of marks in qualifying examination should be 55% for unreserved /OBC/Specially Abled Persons (SAP). In case of SC/ST, the minimum marks would be 50%.
- Final semester/final year examination appearing candidates may also apply.
Application Fees:
CLAT Exam Fee is to be paid through online mode through net banking/credit card
or debit card. Category wise fee is mentioned below individuals can go through
it and pay the requisite amount of fee according to their category.

Admission Process:
For getting admission to Integrated L.L.B and L.L.M Courses candidates will be
screened to CLAT Entrance Exam and further qualified candidates in entrance
exam will need to undergo CLAT Counselling process for providing admission in
applied courses.

For UG Courses: CLAT online examination will be held
for integrated UG law courses. CLAT Exam will be held in online mode that
is computer Based Test. Only objective type questions are asked in examination
that are of maximum 200 marks from each subject areas. Total time duration for
completing Common Law Admission Test exam will be 2 hours. Medium of language
in Common Law Admission Test exam will be English only. Each right answer will
be awarded with 1 mark on every wrong answer 0.25 mark will be subtracted.

For PG Courses:
Common Law Admission Test online examination will be held for post-graduate law
courses (i.e. LL.M.). Common Law Admission Test Exam will be held as per CLAT
Online Test Series that is computer Based Test. Only multiple-choice questions
of maximum 150 marks will be asked from each subject areas. Time duration of
CLAT exam will be 2 hours. The language of question paper will be English only.
Each right answer will be awarded with 1 mark and on every incorrect answer
0.25 mark will be subtracted.

How to Apply
- Volunteers are advised to open the official site of organization that is www.clat.ac.in.
- On home page see “Apply Online” section.
- On next page candidates are required to select appropriate link to apply online.
- If you are a new user then hit on “Register Yourself” link.
- Fill the details in CLAT registration form
- Submit filed form to receive the User ID and Password through Mail and/or SMS
- Registered candidates can hit on “Already Registered” link and login with previous id and password.
- After receiving User ID and Password again login to fill the application form
- Now fill Application Form and upload photograph and signature with all other required documents and certificates.
- Then make the payment of application fee through proper mode.
- Now press on submit tab.
- In the end take the hard copy of it as it will be useful in future.
