KTET classified into
Four Categories:
Category I: (Lower Primary Classes)
Category II: (Upper Primary Classes)
Category III: (High School Classes)
Category IV: Language Teachers – Arabic, Hindi,
Sanskrit, Urdu, Specialist Teachers (Art & Craft) and Physical Education
teachers.
- I, II and IV Categories Questions will be in both languages i.e. Malayalam and English.
- III Category Questions for will only be in English.
- A person who will secure minimum 60% or more marks in the K-TET exam will be considered qualified.
- These are the qualifying marks for all categories aspirants.
